The Team

ROSE

Rose Wagner

President

Mount Saint Vincent University, Bachelor of Business

For the past thirty-two years, Rose has been building her professional network as well as her skill-set, and has become a self-made leader in Atlantic Canada’s media industry. Having started her own business in 2011, Rose’s media knowledge extends far beyond a few great campaigns – regional, national or international.  It’s rare to find an industry Rose hasn’t had marketing experience in – and, if there’s one she hasn’t, that’s all the more exciting. Her dedicated work ethic, modest approach and thorough understanding of media trends have made her a standout in the Halifax marketing scene. The rare times when she’s not building a media strategy, researching media tendencies, or reading up on Canada’s agency landscape, Rose enjoys spending time with family and tending to her backyard garden.

Natalie Roth-Charron

Influencer Media

Sir Wilfrid Laurier University, Bachelor of Arts (Honours in Communication Studies)

Natalie began her communications career in Toronto, where she gained experience in social media, public relations, and corporate event planning. Natalie now focuses mainly on influencer media and how online personalities can effectively market your brand in an authentic way. She understands that there is nothing better than a friend making a glowing recommendation and that’s why Influencer Marketing is so effective. On any given day, Natalie enjoys spending hours on end with her horses, going on long hikes with her dogs, Henry and Luna and travelling with her Husband.

Brittany Kenyon

Accounting Manager

Dalhousie University, Bachelor of Commerce (Major in Accounting)

Since starting with Rose Wagner Media as a university co-op student, Brittany has been an integral—and invaluable—part of the team.  Working tirelessly behind-the-scenes, Brittany ensures our clients’ budgets are tightly monitored.  Her good-natured attitude and practicality make her a pleasure to work with for clients and staff alike. Brittany is a top-notch problem-solver, and is always thinking of ways to improve current processes.  She parted ways with the east coast in 2015, but didn’t part ways with Rose Wagner Media – she now works remotely out of Calgary.  Brittany spends time hiking, cooking, playing basketball, and travelling – especially to seaside locales, where she can spend some much-needed R&R with the ocean.

Tom Wagner

CFO

NSCC, Business Administration, Accounting

With a background in accounting, business and computer networking and repair, Tom is an essential (and multi-skilled) member of the Rose Wagner team.   Having owned and managed a small business himself, Tom understands and places great value on timely payments to all of our valued media supplier partners.     An efficient process is the name of the game for Tom, always on the look-out for ways of managing our processes as efficiently as possible while serving each of our client’s needs.  After hours, you might catch Tom cruising around in his Corvette; that is, if he hasn’t gone out fishing, hunting or to build a house.
